Epic Of A Loss

I see it now
hiding down there
stab me in the back
i'll let you near
then attack
a spring of chance
a day of hope
bring me down
in the fire and smoke

ice it over
take it with you
steal it from its place
its black and blue
place it down
on the chopping block
awaiting you
raise the axe
bring it down
thunderous force
and blinding speed
a flash of pain
and for once
i am slain

i scream and writhe
as your blade
it drives deeper
spilt my smile
permenant from ear to ear
this gruesome facade
this eager desire
to feel this pain
it frees me
it brings me
to my knees

i hear you laugh
and i hear your blade
carving its path
toward my heart
or the cavity that held it
the sound
frightening and silent
sickening yet comforting
briniging forth the end
slowly but surely
i'll close my eyes
for this
eternal sleep

Sear the wound
with your fiery kiss
the feeling it causes
cannot be replaced
by the rubiest of lips
time will tell
as the story goes on
we shall see
who was the one
who came out strong

I'll die
in your eyes
but a memory
in my eyes
an eternity

in this hell on earth

read my eyes

green red brown
the colors
showing us
my destiny

these tears of blood
crying down now
soaking my shirt

on this crimson bed
